LHH is proactively recruiting for an Executive Assistant in Philadelphia, PA. This position is a Contract to Hire (Temp to possible Perm) position, hyrbid. The anticipated pay range is between $30-$35/hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling meetings
Calendar Management
Answer phones, screen emails, and relay messages
Expense Reports
Assist with travel arrangements
Maintaining database
Taking meeting minutes
Qualifications:
1-2 years in position
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Proficiency in Concur and MS Office Suites
Must be organized
Have great communications both verbal and written
Employment type: Contract to Hire (Temp to possible Perm)
Salary: The anticipated pay range is between $30-$35/hr.
