HR Generalist

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a human resources professional—whether you're a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or a retired HR expert with strong computer skills—seeking a full-time role in a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment efforts including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

  • Track and report on HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and time-to-fill

  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries

  • Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of HR or office support experience preferred

  • Workday and Paylocity Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
