Pt. Time HR Business Partner- Philadelphia, PA

LHH is proactively recruiting for an HR Business Partner in Philadelphia, PA . This position is a Contract position (Temp). 100% onsite. The anticipated pay range is between $36-$40/hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.




Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures


Provide timely information for all levels of company
Educate, coach and partner with managers on performance management
Set up training needed for business
Provide day- to -day performance management
Analyze trends and metrics for developing programs and policies that align with the organization

Qualifications:
Must be proficient in MS Office Suites, Google Suites, HRIS, and Paychex
Good written and verbal communication

Good attention to detail


Must have knowledge of PA regulations and employment law preferred
Can work independently
Employment type: Contract (temp)

Salary: The anticipated pay range is between $36-$40/hr.
