Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Pay: $20/hour
Duration: Temporary

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in visitors in a professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

  • Assist with scheduling conference rooms and meetings

  • Support basic administrative tasks as needed (scanning, filing, data entry)

  • Provide excellent customer service to staff and guests

Requirements:

  • Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional, positive attitude with strong customer service skills

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment

  • Reliable and punctual



Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
