Salary: $28-$33/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation of monthly financial statements for the property and maintain the general ledger.
- Manage tasks including journal entry preparation, accounts payable review and posting, as well as property cash management.
- Record monthly cash receipts from tenants and other receivables.
- Assist the VP of Finance by tracking and reporting on grant finances.
- Update fixed assets, perform general ledger accounting, and contribute to the annual audit process.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years' experience in the field of accounting.
- High level of precision and strong follow-through abilities.
- Collaborative spirit, excellent customer service mindset, and a robust work ethic.
Educational Requirements:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, or comparable professional experience.
