Job Opportunity: Project Manager - Energy Management & Performance Contracting ?

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in energy management and performance contracting? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Philadelphia, PA, and lead the way in delivering innovative energy and water conservation solutions!

- Location: Philadelphia, PA

- Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

- Job Type: Full-time

About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing energy and water conservation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in challenging retrofit applications. Your expertise in engineering, construction practices, and project management will be crucial for the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and maintain accurate project scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Oversee the installation of all energy conservation measures, including solutions, incentives, grants, and tax credits.

  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to deliver energy and water savings while adhering to project timelines.

  • Communicate scientific and technical information effectively to clients and internal teams through briefings, documents, and meetings.

  • Ensure the health and safety of all personnel on project sites.

  • Commission all energy efficiency solutions with support from the engineering team.

  • Develop efficiency solutions and sales proposals, including technical approaches, budgets, and schedules.

  • Provide technical leadership and support to the engineering team.

  • Foster and grow existing client relationships.

  • Record and analyze performance data to validate predicted savings per IPMVP standards and assist in developing the M&V Report.

  • Engage in continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor???s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent (required).

  • Technology and industry certifications such as CEM, CEA, CMVP, LEED/AP (required).

  • PMP certification and trade license experience in HVAC, Controls, or similar building technologies preferred.

  • Strong engineering knowledge, construction practices, project management skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
