LHH has partnered with their client to help fill the role of Accounting Clerk. Here are some of the key responsibilities of an Accounting Clerk. Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Perform general ledger entries.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports
  • Assist in the preparation of tax documents and audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal departments
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance department
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Good phone skills
  • Associates Degree (Business/Accounting) plus 2 years’ experience preferred
