Job Title: Contract Accounts Payable Specialist – Cleanup Project

LHH is partnering with a client in Phoenix, AZ seeking a Contract Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with a cleanup project. This role offers an hourly pay of $25-$27 and will run Monday-Friday until July.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-volume Accounts Payable processing
• Reviewing and cleaning up AP records
• Ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline AP functions

Requirements:

• Must pass a 10-key and WPM typing assessment
• Experience with high-volume AP processing
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
