LHH is partnering with a client in Phoenix, AZ, seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a contract position until the end of July!

Position Details:

• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Pay Range: $27 per hour
• Schedule: On-site, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Perform 3-way matching to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage vendor communication, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare month-end AP reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounts payable.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with AP processes.
• Other: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
