Accounts Payable Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a manufacturing company in Central Phoenix. This organization is in search of a full time AP clerk to join their expanding team. This position is fully in-office, Monday through Friday, with a schedule of 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP and be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage high volumes of invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records in SAP
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and issue checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers
  • Assist with month-end close processes related to accounts payable
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to address issues and inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Other related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience
  • MUST have experience using SAP (SAP knowledge is non-negotiable)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
