Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22/hr - $23/hour
Employment Type: Full-time, Long-Term Opportunity


Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join a newly relocated and expanding team in Phoenix, AZ! This is a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a growing company and advance your career locally. If you have experience managing high-volume invoice processing and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high volumes of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently

  • Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper approvals and coding

  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve discrepancies

  • Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing

  • Maintain organized AP records and support month-end close activities

  • Reconcile AP accounts and assist with reporting and audits

  • Work cross-functionally with procurement and accounting teams


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role

  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Experience processing a high volume of invoices preferred

  • Clear communication and ability to work both independently and collaboratively



Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
