LHH Recruitment is working with a company in North Phoenix who is in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This role is expected to last four months, but does have potential to become permanent for the right individual. To be considered, you MUST have previous experience working with Sage Intacct. The schedule is Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume AP invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have hands-on experience with Sage Intacct (no exceptions)
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
• Strong understanding of AP processes and best practices
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
