Job Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22/hr - $23/hour
Employment Type: Full-time, Long-Term Opportunity

Overview:

We’re hiring an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join a newly relocated and growing team in Phoenix, AZ! This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fresh chapter within a stable company, offering room for growth and long-term potential. The ideal candidate must be patient and adaptable to change and challenges that arise throughout this transition. Additionally, if you have experience with high-volume invoice processing and strong attention to detail, this could be the perfect fit for you.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency

  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and resolve outstanding balances

  • Reconcile AR accounts and investigate discrepancies as needed

  • Maintain up-to-date and organized financial records

  • Communicate with customers regarding billing questions or payment issues

  • Collaborate with internal departments to support overall AR operations

  • Assist in preparing AR reports for internal tracking and analysis


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Experience handling high-volume invoicing preferred

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to work independently



Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
