LHH is actively seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for one of our top clients in Phoenix! Are you organized, detail-driven, and love turning chaos into order? Can you juggle numbers, emails, and the occasional tricky customer call with a smile? If so, we want to talk to you!

🎯 We’re on the hunt for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our dynamic finance team. This role is all about keeping the cash flowing and the books balanced. You’ll be the go-to person for sending out invoices, recording payments, and making sure everything adds up just right. (You’ll be a financial superhero, basically.)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sending out accurate, timely invoices (your spreadsheets will be a thing of beauty ✨)

  • Tracking and recording customer payments like a pro

  • Chatting with customers to resolve billing questions and follow up on overdue invoices—kindly but firmly!

  • Using accounting software and tools to keep things running smoothly

  • Jumping in to help your team on projects or backup tasks when needed

  • Answering phone calls like the friendly, helpful human you are

What We’re Looking For:

  • A people person with great communication and customer service skills

  • Someone who can work independently and stay organized (you don’t need a babysitter)

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software

  • Detail-oriented, but can also see the big picture

  • A high school diploma and some accounting experience (bonus points for a degree in accounting or related field)
