Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Pay Range: $23–$27 per hour
Job Summary:
Our client, a reputable company based in Phoenix, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in invoicing, collections, and customer account management. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely receipt of payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
- Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions
- Generate aging reports and assist with month-end close
- Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues
- 2–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or GED required
Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
