What You'll Do:
Invoice Management: Create, issue, and follow up on invoices with speed and accuracy.
Collections: Proactively contact clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing issues with finesse.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Reporting: Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports, providing insights to management.
Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Problem-Solver: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: A positive attitude and a willingness to support and collaborate with team members.
Education:
Minimum: High school diploma.
Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
