Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and oversee their accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
Assist in month-end closing and financial audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Pay range and compensation package: $24-26/hr
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
