• Assess customer credit limits
• Create and distribute invoices
• Follow up on payments, negotiate terms
• Reconcile account discrepancies
• Maintain updated customer records
• Resolve billing issues
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing
• Perform tasks as directed by Finance Manager

• High school diploma required; accounting/finance degree preferred
• 3+ years in accounts receivable or related role
• Understanding of accounting principles and billing procedures
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
