LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing Construction Company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking to add a Construction Administrative Assistant (Service Coordinator) to the team! This is a full-time Monday through Friday in-office position. Must have a minimum of 2 years Construction Admin Assistant or Service Coordinator experience to qualify. Pay range $22-$25/hr depending on experience. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule Service Calls
  2. Dispatch Technicians
  3. Manage Work Orders
  4. Track Progress
  5. Notice to Owners and Certificates of Insurances
  6. Communicate with Clients
  7. Coordinate Materials Deliveries
  8. Maintain accurate records of service calls, materials used, and any additional notes.
  9. Complete Warranty Paperwork and file all service invoices.
  10. Invoice Work Orders
  11. Make Collection calls on outstanding unpaid invoices
  12. Review all daily time sheets and accuracy.
  13. Develop and maintain a culture of transparency, collaboration, feedback, and excellence.
  14. Assist team with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with all levels of the organization and external parties, such as vendors.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Team player mentality.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
