LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a real estate company in Central Phoenix. This organization is looking for an administrative assistant to join their team on a full time basis. This role is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The hourly range is between 22/hr-$25/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk.
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, manage emails, and perform general office duties.
- Prepare, file, and manage real estate documents and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies, manage office equipment, and ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and potential clients.
- Support real estate agents and management with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years as an administrative assistant, front office staff, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
