Overview
LHH is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients' dynamic team in Greater Phoenix, AZ . This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys being the go-to person for administrative and office coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and high-volume calendar scheduling
- Coordinate office needs including supply orders, inventory, and meeting setup
- Support internal and external events (catering, vendor coordination, space setup)
- Prepare materials for meetings: agendas, minutes, and presentations
- Create and maintain organizational charts and internal documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and external partners
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with strategic projects and initiatives as needed
- Draft and manage internal communications and correspondence
- Take on additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional demeanor and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
