Administrative Assistant
Customer Service & Support
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a property management company in Phoenix. This organization is in search of an administrative assistant to support two of their larger properties. This role requires you to be fully on site, with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The salary range is between $60,000-$70,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team and third party vendors/suppliers
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and hard copy.
- Assist with tenant inquiries and communication professionally, via phone and email.
- Utilize MRI software for data entry and reporting.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Perform general accounting tasks and reconcile financial records as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree required
- 2+ years experience in commercial real estate or property management preferred. Residential property management experience may also be considered
- Proficiency in MRI software highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
