Job Title: Business to Business Collections

Salary: $25-$26 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday/ in office

LHH is partnering with a client in Phoenix, AZ, seeking a B2B Collections Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and experience in business-to-business collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage B2B collections by following up on outstanding invoices and ensuring timely payments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to resolve payment issues professionally.
• Investigate and reconcile account discrepancies, disputes, and short payments.
• Prepare and send statements, payment reminders, and collection notices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing concerns and ensure accurate financial records.
• Maintain detailed records of collection efforts and account status.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of B2B collections experience required.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable and billing processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
