Job Title: Business to Business Collections
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $25-$26 per hour
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday/ in office
LHH is partnering with a client in Phoenix, AZ, seeking a B2B Collections Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and experience in business-to-business collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage B2B collections by following up on outstanding invoices and ensuring timely payments.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to resolve payment issues professionally.
- Investigate and reconcile account discrepancies, disputes, and short payments.
- Prepare and send statements, payment reminders, and collection notices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing concerns and ensure accurate financial records.
- Maintain detailed records of collection efforts and account status.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B collections experience required.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable and billing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
