LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Behavioral Health Tech for our healthcare client located in the Phoenix area. This position will be 100% onsite and require field work as needed. This will be a contract-to-hire position and Monday-Friday, full-time hours.

This role will be focused on assisting our client's patients with their individualized goals for treatment and assisting in providing referrals for supportive services such as healthcare, mental health, and other specific client needs. This role will be working with an SMI population and interested candidates must feel comfortable working with patients experience severe mental health ailments.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years mental health/BHT or similar experience required
• Proficient working within Microsoft Office and EMR software systems preferred

• Empathy and compassion towards others
• Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment and de-escalate situations as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work well with others, including internal and external peers and contacts
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
