LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction company near Downtown Phoenix. This company is in search of a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support the HR team. This job is Monday-Friday 730am-4pm, fully on site. The hourly rate is between $18/hr-$20/hr..

As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department by handling administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient office operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to HR assistants, including scheduling, document management, and data entry.
  • Support in the new hire orientation process on a weekly basis
  • Handle bilingual communication with employees and candidates, including translating documents and facilitating conversations as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR-related activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with onboarding and training processes for new employees.

Qualifications:


  • Must be fully Bilingual Spanish!
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in a construction or related industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
