Administrative Assistant
Customer Service & Support
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a construction based organization in Downtown Phoenix. This company is in search of an entry level Bilingual Spanish administrative assistant to support their HR team. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 730am-430pm or 8am-5pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communication.
- Assist with employee onboarding, including preparing documentation and organizing new hire materials.
- Manage and maintain confidential employee files and records.
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing timely responses and routing inquiries as needed.
- Translate HR-related documents and communications (English/Spanish).
- Assist with benefits administration and other HR-related tasks as needed.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Help ensure a positive and efficient work environment for all team members.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – verbal and written communication skills required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a collaborative HR team environment.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
