Bilingual Case Manager



  • Bachelor degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Counseling


  • Previous experience in Case Management or Social Services


Location: Ventura, CA 93004


Monday – Friday | 8a – 5:30a (potential to be flexible)


Pay Rate: $23-25 per hour


Core Responsibilities:



  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' housing needs, barriers, and goals.


  • Collaborate with clients to develop individualized housing plans tailored to their circumstances.


  • Maintain relationships with landlords and property management, referrals, housing, employment advocacy, budgeting.


  • Coordinate intake processes, ensuring accurate documentation and data collection.


  • Identify and connect clients with available housing resources, including emergency shelters, transitional housing programs, and supportive services.


  • Provide ongoing case management services to clients, offering emotional support, advocacy, and guidance throughout their housing journey.


  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to monitor progress, address challenges, and adjust housing plans as needed.


  • Respond promptly to crisis situations, including eviction threats, housing instability, or safety concerns.


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, case notes, and progress reports.


What you bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Counseling


  • REQUIRED: Previous experience in case management, housing navigation, social services, working with homeless population, ‘housing first’ mindset or housing advocacy.


  • Bilingual in Spanish


  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.


  • Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients facing housing insecurity.
