LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a Monday through Friday full-time position. Pay range $17-$20 per hour depending on prior experience.
As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support in both English and Spanish. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats related to auction-platform inquiries, customer account issues, and general support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Spanish.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and auction platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Participate in training and continuous learning to stay updated on systems and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent call center experience handling 60+ calls per day
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish.
- Experience with written correspondence and live chat support.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must have a dedicated workspace, secure internet, and a reliable phone line.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
