What You’ll Be Doing

As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, accurate, and efficient support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Processing customer payments with precision
  • Initiating and monitoring billing or service dispute cases
  • Providing account-related support and general service information
  • Documenting call details and case notes in the system
  • Following company procedures to resolve customer concerns

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for candidates who are not only bilingual in Spanish and English, but also bring a strong customer service mindset and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience at each previous employer
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working in a phone-heavy, fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and data entry proficiency
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass a federal background check, drug screening, education verification, and employment verification
