LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with one of our clients in Phoenix to hire full-time Call Center Representatives. This will be Monday through Friday with shifts to be determined with training classes starting in the month of June.

Primary Duties:

  • Respond to inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Accurately process customer payments
  • Initiate and monitor dispute cases related to billing or service concerns
  • Provide account-related assistance and general service information
  • Log call details and case notes in the system
  • Adhere to company procedures to resolve customer issues

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in customer service or a call center is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-heavy work environment
  • Proficient in basic computer use and data entry
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
  • Must successfully pass a federal background check and drug screening

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
