• Minimum of 5 years’ experience Medical Cash Posting, Payment Posting.

• Follow required procedures for posting cash, posting adjustments, identifying low payments.
• Logging and scanning checks with refunds being processed quickly.
• Processing write-offs and maintaining logs and reports properly.
• Ability to post and process all cash within a 48 timeframe of receiving batch.
• Compiling, sorting, and invoicing checks and daily reconciliations.
• Efficiently post both unapplied cash and cash transfers.
• Ensure proper filing procedures by scanning cash batches.
• Refunds processed efficiently and timely.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience Medical Cash Posting, Payment Posting.
• High regard for attention to detail, organized and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to multi-task and work at a fast but steady pace.
• Ability to effectively communicate over phone and email.
