LHH is sourcing for INSURANCE customer service representatives for a growing company and long-living industry in Biltmore Phoenix!
This representative will answer incoming calls, emails and sometimes chat requests from clients such as other businesses or searching for personal lines of insurance such as health, mortgage or traveling, etc... Working in a fast-paced environment while providing opportunity to grow into an Account Manager role overseeing clientele. The ideal candidate would be interested in obtaining an property casualty license eventually!

Responsibilities:
- Responding to inquiries via phone, email, or webchat and addressing questions about policies, coverage, claims, and billing.
- Guiding customers through the claims process, collecting necessary information, and assisting with filing claims.
- Educating customers about insurance products, explaining different coverage options, and recommending appropriate policies based on individual needs.
- Assisting customers in understanding policy details, making changes to policies (such as adding or removing coverage), and ensuring accuracy in policy documentation
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have at least a year of customer service experience
- Must be able to clear onboarding.
Pay & schedule: $18- $20/hr and Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, could potentially turn HYBRID remote after training (few months)
