LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting a Contract Attorney for our client in Phoenix, AZ. This temporary opportunity is fully remote, but applicants must live within 50 miles of Phoenix.

The Contract Attorney will assist the project team with analyzing claim documents, preparing responses to inquiries, fielding phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and would be a great fit for an applicant with litigation experience.

We have five positions to fill quickly and this role will start on August 12th, 2024 and it is a 9 month contract duration. It could be extended longer. If you are looking for a stable job, enjoy working a set 8:30-5 each day and like being remote, please apply today!

Responsibilities:

· Analyze claim documents

· Assist project team with product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters

· Prepare responses to inquiries from claimants and counsel

· Assist with handling complex telephone inquiries and fielding calls

· Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients

Qualifications:

· JD from accredited U.S law school

· Active Bar license (in any US jurisdiction) required

· Litigation experience preferred

· Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize matters

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Highly dependable and professional
