Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment is looking for professional, client focused individuals in Phoenix to join our clients' team as a Customer Service Specialists. In this role, you will interact with customers and provide exceptional assistance and provide reliable, accurate information. You will also support delivery performance and help maintain and improve systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
  • Assist customers with billing questions, payment processing, and account inquiries.
  • Accurately and efficiently apply payments to customer accounts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and update account information as necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and federal drug screen.
  • Previous customer service experience, especially in a high-volume environment, is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and interacting with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


Pay Details: $17.50 to $19.00 per hour
