LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company near Central Phoenix. This company is in search of a customer service representative to join their call center team. This position is Monday-Friday 6am-3pm, and does have hybrid flexibility once you are fully trained.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with billing questions, taking payments over the phone, helping with orders, and creating service cases when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Accept and process payments over the phone securely
- Provide clear and accurate billing information and solutions
- Assist customers with order status, updates, and changes
- Create service cases and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics related to call quality, accuracy, and efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass background and federal drug screen(THC is disqualifying)
- MUST have solid job stability(at least 18 months in current or most recent position)
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Comfortable handling payments and sensitive customer information
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
