LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a school in Phoenix, AZ that is looking to add a Customer Service Representative (Admissions Advisor) to the team! As an admissions advisor you will be speaking to a high volume of potential students interested in enrollment, degree programs, financial aid, applications, etc. This is a full-time Monday through Friday on-site position. Pay range $20-$23 per hour.
Job Duties:- Enrollment activities for students pursuing enrollment into the University including inbound, outbound, in-person, and via email correspondences.
- Assesses student need including enrollment, application, program information, student life, etc.
- Supports students through consultations, program knowledge, financial aid assistance, insight into residential life, and transfer credit evaluations.
- Guide prospective students through the application process, financial aid, student life, etc.
- Build relationships with prospective students and track their progress through the recruitment funnel.
- Coach students and build relationships, understand and motivate future goals.
- Respond via in-person, email and phone
- Holds an understanding and passion for higher education
- Successfully meets and exceeds goals
- Thrives in a driven environment that utilizes metrics and reporting to improve performance.
Requirements:
Must have 1+ year of Customer Service experience
Must have 1+ year of Sales experience
Must have a Bachelors Degree (or finalizing a degree within 2024/2025)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Ability to type 35+ words per minute
