Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company based in Phoenix. This organization is in search of a full time customer service representative to join their team. This job is primarily Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully in office, however, you may be required to work an occasional Saturday. The hourly rate is between $20/hr-$22/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding order status, shipping, and delivery times.
  • Assist customers with billing and payment inquiries, processing refunds or adjustments as needed.
  • Educate customers about our products and services, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall service delivery.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred
  • At least 2+ years of customer support experience or similar position.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ability.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and defuse tense situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant applications.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
