Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction company in North Phoenix. This company is looking to add a customer service and order entry representative to their expanding team. This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The hourly rate is between $20/hr-$23/hr.


As a Customer Service and Order Entry Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will handle high-volume customer inquiries, process orders, and provide exceptional service to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Address and resolve issues, provide product information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Order Entry: Accurately enter and process customer orders into our system, ensuring all details are correct and complete. Verify order information and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Order Tracking: Monitor and update order status, communicate shipping and delivery information to customers, and handle any follow-up inquiries related to order status.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update customer records and order documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders or customer accounts, working closely with the relevant departments to find solutions.

  • Communication: Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and other departments to address customer needs and ensure a seamless order process.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service or business is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a high-volume customer service role, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in order entry systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
