LHH Recruitment is partnered with a Construction Company in north Phoenix, AZ that is looking to add a Customer Service Representative (Dispatcher) position. This is a Full-Time Monday through Friday On-site position. Pay rate is $20-$23/hr depending on experience.

Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing customer orders efficiently and accurately. This role requires extensive knowledge of the service area and involves managing high call volumes, negotiating delivery times, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service and delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Intake orders via a centralized call center.
• Process credit card charges.
• Handle a high volume of phone calls.
• Negotiate delivery times with customers.
• Coordinate with quality control and office personnel to ensure service and delivery of products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or dispatching in a similar industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens and databases.
• Ability to type 35+ words per minute
