Customer Service Representative(business to business)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a software company in Downtown Phoenix. This company targets marketing companies and partners with those organizations all over the United States.


This company is in search of a client services representative to be a front facing representative to some of their marketing clients. This job is fully in office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for the first two months of training. After training, the schedule moves to a hybrid (almost fully remote) model. The hourly rate is $20/hr.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our B2B clients, providing top-notch support, and ensuring their success with marketing software solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to relay client feedback, escalate issues, and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure they fully leverage the features and capabilities of our marketing software.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM system to accurately document client interactions, track progress, and manage tasks and follow-ups.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in client services, account management, or customer support roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
