LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a corporate retailer near North Phoenix. This company is in search of a data entry processor to join their team for a special project. This role is expected to last for four months, and is Monday-Friday either 7am or 8am start time. This is fully in office.
As a Data Entry Processor, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry into systems. You will be responsible for inputting a high volume of data, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining integrity throughout the process. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input large amounts of data into our systems from various sources (manual and electronic).
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain and organize data in both digital and physical files.
- Update and manage spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries from data entered.
- Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in data.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Assist with additional data processing or clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- 1+ year of data entry experience or related administrative experience.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
