LHH is seeking Dispatchers for a new opportunity!
In this role, you will be taking inbound calls from current customers and also communicating with technicians and other departments regarding scheduling service calls. You will also be reaching out to customers after services have been provided to ensure the job was completed successfully.
The job duties include:
- Coordinate with production and yard personnel to establish delivery schedules according to factors such as truck capacities, distances to delivery sites, and unloading times.
- Serve as a client contact for current customers.
- Generate invoices, delivery tickets, and related shipping documents.
- Research and react to customer questions and complaints, while offering solutions.
- Answer incoming calls and emails from clients regarding services.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recent dispatching experience
- Stable work history.
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A customer-focused personality, with a desire to help other people.
- Open to constructive feedback
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company is a plus.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
