LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with an insurance company in Phoenix. This organization is in search of a contract call center representative to support their contract in the hurricane aftermath. This job is either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm. The position is fully in office for training, but once you are trained and meeting KPI's, you will have some flexibility to work a day or two from home.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries, providing information about insurance products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from clients and address their inquiries effectively
  • Provide information on insurance products, policies, and procedures
  • Assist clients in resolving issues and processing claims
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software

Training:

  • Initial training period will be fully in-office in Phoenix
  • Hybrid work flexibility available after successful completion of training

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
