Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Hourly pay based on experience: $49,000 and up DOE annually (with potential for overtime)


Position Overview

LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with Human Resources experience, to provide advanced administrative support to one of our clients' senior leadership team. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and internal communications
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and presentations
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including background checks and documentation
  • Maintain and update internal manuals, forms, and records
  • Assist with job postings and applicant tracking
  • Validate and maintain compliance documentation for regulated employee records
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and frequent interruptions
  • Experience with calendar management and report preparation
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with HR processes or compliance documentation is a plus

  • Open to occasional overtime as needed

Additional Information

  • Business casual dress code; jeans and sneakers allowed on Fridays
  • Background check (10 years), drug screening (10-panel), and compliance with safety-sensitive role requirements are part of the onboarding process
  • No vaccination required; however, candidates must pass drug screening regardless of medical marijuana status
