About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our C-level executives. This is a fast-paced and demanding role that requires exceptional multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to handle frequent interruptions with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all communications

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong experience with calendar management and report preparation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Deadline-driven with a proactive and organized approach

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in Human Resources or a related administrative function

Preferred Qualities:

  • Articulate and professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Highly independent, yet collaborative with a team-oriented mindset
  • Reliable, adaptable, and eager to take initiative


Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
