Facilities Coordinator
Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | Onsite
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
$22.00 per hour and up (DOE)
Position Overview
LHH is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to manage service requests, vendor coordination, and customer communications for one of our clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensures that all work orders are completed on time and to standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage open work orders and follow up with vendors and service providers
- Serve as the main liaison for designated customer accounts
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, purchase orders, and supply ordering
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests for HVAC, security systems, IT equipment, and other facility needs
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Monitor and support safety compliance and reporting
- Participate in budget tracking and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Attend weekly staff meetings and safety trainings
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and customers
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, property management, or customer service
- 5–10 years of related experience preferred
- Experience with service delivery in trades such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or roofing is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows applications
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM and strong written communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and proactive demeanor
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to high-quality work
