Front Desk Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a non profit organization in North Phoenix. This company is looking to add a front desk assistant to their team. This role is Monday-Friday, fully in office, between 35-40 hours a week. The hourly rate is between $20/hr-$23/hr.
The Front Desk Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming communications, maintaining an organized and professional front office, and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks to support program and office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and volunteers in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries via phone and email
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, and document management
Support event preparation and coordination
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or front desk role, preferably in a nonprofit or service-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and commitment to the mission of the organization
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
35–40 hours per week
