LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well known organization who is in search of a reliable and tech-savvy Help Desk Customer Service Representative to provide on-site support across two locations in the Phoenix area. This is a full-time, one-year contract position with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
You’ll be the first line of support for end-users, troubleshooting issues, ensuring smooth operation of systems, and providing a high level of customer service. The role will require some travel between two Phoenix locations, so reliable transportation is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to staff via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and configure workstations, peripherals, and user accounts
- Escalate complex issues as needed and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the ticketing system
Travel between assigned locations as needed to provide in-person support
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and common IT hardware
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation for travel between sites
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or technical degree preferred)
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
