LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Housing Case Manager for our client located in Central Phoenix. This position will be 100% onsite, full-time, and a contract opportunity.

This position will be assisting a caseload of individuals who are unhoused and help refer them to supportive services and stable housing. This role will be working closely with internal and external contacts in order to help clients reach their individualized goals and overarching goal of maintaining a stable housing environment.

Interested candidates must feel comfortable working within a shelter environment and individuals who may be experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse ailments.

• Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 4 years experience working within social services/behavioral health
• Valid Driver's License and reliable form of transportation
• Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Ability to be compassion and empathy towards others while being able to remain professional and maintain boundaries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Can work well in a high-pressure environment and can de-escalate situations in a calm manner
• Can prioritize and multitask throughout the day
