We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, assist with various HR functions, and ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.

  • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.

  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in HR or related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR software and systems.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.



Pay Details: $45,000.00 per year
